About the Festival 

• Sunday, May 18th, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. 
• Great Lawn at LeBauer Park in Downtown Greensboro (208 N. Davie Street)

Setup and Event Schedule:

• Setup begins at 11:00 a.m. and all booths should be fully set up by 12:30 p.m.
• Event hours are from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
• Tear down and clean up from 4:00-4:30 p.m.

• Meagan Patillo, our Executive Director, will be making rounds to try to meet all of you.
• Staff and volunteers will be wearing UNITE Lanyards and tees. Please stop us if you have any questions or concerns!

• Help us PROMOTE the event! Please use any of the photos and images in the Marketing Folder.
• Please post to your social media accounts, newsletters, or email list, and feel free to share any posts from our page.

Booth Information:

• Booth spaces are on the grass or pea gravel; please do not set up on the sidewalk to maintain ADA compliance.
• All tents must use weights (no stakes). Electricity will not be provided unless requested.

Event Activities:

• Ensure your booth includes a folding table, chairs, and engaging activities or giveaways. Last year, around 400 people attended.

Parking and Logistics:

• Multiple parking options are available, including the Church St. parking deck at 215 N. Church St. and the Davie St. Parking Deck at 109 East Market Street.
  
  
• Loading Zone and Unloading Assistance: We have a designated loading zone on N. Davie Street near the splash pad but before Market Square (see map).
  
  
• Volunteers will be on hand to help you unload your vehicle. If we have enough volunteers available, they can also transport your equipment directly to your booth while you park. After the event, simply bring your items back to the loading zone, where you can retrieve your vehicle, and our volunteers will assist you with loading.
  
  
• Wagons: We encourage you to bring a collapsible wagon to facilitate transporting your items to and from your booth.
