Here are a few elements that you might consider including in your story. These are entirely optional:

Your Baby's Arrival: Specify the gestational age at birth and the circumstances leading to your NICU journey.

NICU Experience: Describe your emotions upon entering the NICU, the medical care your baby received, and their medical progress, such as milestones achieved (breathing independently, gaining weight) and setbacks faced, including health complications and challenges.

FSNCC Staff: Share your experiences with the FSNCC NICU Support staff and any participation in programs like NICU Meals, Books for Babies, Parent Mentor Program, and Parent Groups.

Transition from the NICU and Message of Hope: Conclude by sharing any lessons learned from this experience and a message of hope for other NICU families facing similar challenges.
