Greensboro, NC – February 19, 2024 – Family Support Network of Central Carolina (FSNCC) is proud to announce the appointment of Meagan Patillo as the new Executive Director, effective March 4, 2024. Bringing a wealth of experience in community engagement, social work, and nonprofit management, Meagan is poised to lead FSNCC into its next chapter of service and support for families in need.

Meagan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies (MA) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her previous roles include serving as Network Coordinator at Central Carolina Health Network, where she managed grants across a seven-county region, and as Director of Client Services at Triad Health Project, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing health outcomes for individuals with HIV.

"Meagan’s exceptional skills, coupled with her steadfast dedication to community service and supporting vulnerable populations, make her an invaluable addition to our team," says Jeremy Deaver, Board Chair of FSNCC.

Expressing her gratitude, Meagan states, "I am honored to join an organization with a rich history of serving families in need. With my community engagement, social work, and nonprofit management background, I am eager to contribute to our mission of providing support, education, and compassionate connections to families in our community."

Please join us in warmly welcoming Meagan Patillo as the new Executive Director of Family Support Network of Central Carolina. We are confident in her ability to lead FSNCC and continue its vital mission of supporting families who have a child with a disability, special healthcare needs, or who have experienced a NICU stay. We are excited about the positive impact she will undoubtedly bring to our organization and the community at large.
