- Zero to Three- Tips for Families during COVID-19. The following resources offer tips for families including age-appropriate responses to common questions, a guide to self-care, and activities for young children experiencing social distancing.
Stay Safe and Protect Yourself and Your Family:
- Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds in hot, soapy water
- Cover your mouth (not with your hands) when coughing or sneezing to prevent the spread of germs
- If you or your child is not feeling well, stay home
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Practice social distancing. While out, maintain at least 6 feet between yourself and others
- Regularly clean surfaces that are frequently touched
