When a child is born prematurely or diagnosed with a disability, a family's world can be turned upside-down. Our services are designed to make this experience easier for families by providing parent-to-parent support from others who have "been there"; information on local agencies and resources; easy-to-read, family-friendly information to help you understand your child's diagnosis and treatment options; and much, much more.

The Family Support Network of Central Carolina serves North Carolina families in Alamance, Caswell, Guilford, Randolph, and Rockingham Counties. All of our services are confidential, and offered at little or no cost to families. (Scholarships are available for programs with a fee.)
